Refund Policy

 

Our Refund Policy is in place for 24 hours after your purchase, if 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.  

 

We do not accept claims made for change of mind situations.

 

We’re so sure of the quality of our fruit and vegetable produce that, in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with anything you buy from us, we’ll either replace your purchased item or refund your money. Simply return the Product with the receipt to The Veggie Guy Ltd in Stoke.

 

We have a reasonable consumption allowance of less 20% in order to receive a full replacement or refund and if more than 20% has been consumed then the replacement or refund will be done on a pro rata basis.  

 

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned for refund or replacement:

* Gift cards

* Vouchers

* Items already marked as “seconds” or “Reduced to Clear”

 

To process your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and clear evidence either physical item or clear photograph of the item.

 

Purchases made face to face (instore or from market stall) will be offered a replacement (full or partial), in the event of being unable to provide a replacement then a refund would be offered and would be provided using the original method of payment.

 

Purchases made online will be offered a replacement (full or partial) with your next order, in the event of being unable to provide a replacement then a refund would be offered and would be applied to your credit card. You will only be charged for what you have been supplied.

 

Please note in any case refunds to credit or Debit cards Refunds can take approximately 7 working days to show up on your account, depending on bank processing times.

 

All refunds need to be approved by a senior staff member.
